2018 Indoor Season
Finished 12th in the mile at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a personal best time of 4:15.47 ... made his season debut at the Vanderbilt Invitational and finished 26th in the 3,000 meters in 8:42.64.
2017 Cross Country
Finished as the Tide’s No. 4 runner in his season debut at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 24:55.3 over the five-mile course.

2017 Outdoor Season
Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional but did not finish ... competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships but did not finish ... finished 14th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mount SAC Relays in a personal-best time of 9:04.71 ... finished sixth in the 800 meters at the Crimson Tide Invitational in a personal-best 1:53.02 ... finished 19th in the 1,500 meters at the Florida Relays in a time of 3:51.01 ... finished second in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Florida State Relays in 5:58.13 in his first outdoor outing of the season.

Clocked a time of 8:24.85 in the 3,000 meters at the SEC Championships to finish 12th in the event … registered a time of 8:28.84 in the 3,000 meters to finish seventh at the Samford Elite Team Invite … finished 11th in the 3,000 meters at the Indiana Relays, clocking a time 8:36.80 … clocked a mile-time of 4:13.36 at the Conference Clash … ran the mile in 4:11.07 at the Commodore Indoor Invitational to finish 10th.

Clocked an 8k time of 26:53.4 to finish 37th at the Cowboy Jamboree … crossed the Brooks Twilight Classic 4-mile finish line as the Tide’s third runner, clocking a time of 20:22.71 … ran 16:12.50 in the Samford Cross Country Opener 5k.
