Women's Basketball Set to Compete in Ballin in Boutwell Exhibition Game

The Crimson Tide will face the University of Alabama Huntsville in historic Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham, Ala.
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – For the second consecutive season, Alabama women's basketball will play in a Ballin in Boutwell exhibition game at Boutwell Auditorium in Birmingham, Ala. The Crimson Tide is set to face UAH at Noon CT on Thursday, Oct. 15.

About the Matchup
- Alabama and UAH will meet for the seventh time in series history and first time in 40 years during the preseason event
- The Tide claimed its last matchup over the Chargers, 85-70, on Jan. 9, 1986, in Huntsville, Ala., to remain undefeated against UAH
- Alabama concluded the 2025-26 season in the NCAA Round of 32 with an overall 24-11 record
- UAH capped off a historic season, finishing with a 32-6 overall record and making an appearance in the NCAA Division II Final Four
- Under first year head coach Pauline Love, the Tide welcomes nine newcomers and returns four from the squad a year ago
