Roberson will join the Crimson Tide for the 2026-27 season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama head coach Pauline Love announced the addition of Aaliyah Roberson to the women's basketball program on Wednesday.
The Crimson Tide will welcome the San Antonio, Texas, native to the upcoming 2026-27 squad after spending four seasons at TCU where she played in 89 games for the Horned Frogs before sitting out during the 2025-26 year due to injury.

- Medically redshirted during the 2025-26 season after suffering an injury at the 2025 USA Basketball 3X Nationals
- Appeared in all 38 games for TCU in 2024-25, scoring 180 points (4.7 ppg) and grabbing 96 rebounds (2.5 rpg)
- Shot 62-of-114 (54 percent) from the field and 29-of-60 (48 percent) from behind the arc – a team leading three-point percentage
- Led all NCAA Division I post players in effective field goal percentage (67 percent)
- Made 33 appearances, including 18 starts during the 2023-24 season, averaging 27.5 minutes per game
- Collected 256 total points and grabbed 201 rebounds, averaging 7.8 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game
- Scored a career-high 23 points against BYU (Feb. 21)
- Snagged a career-high 14 rebounds versus Oklahoma in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Championship (March 9)
- Tallied 39 assists, 30 blocks and 25 steals through her sophomore season
- Appeared in 20 games in 2022-23 while making her first career start at Oklahoma State (Jan. 14)Â
- Graduated from Clark High School as a three-year varsity veteran where she averaged 11.2 points per game and 7.8 rebounds per game her senior year (2021-22)
- Named a TGCA All-State selection, while also earning TABC All-Region and Academic All-State honors
