
Alabama Signs Lindenwood Transfer Brooke Coffey

The 6-1 guard will join the Crimson Tide roster for the 2026-27 season
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama head coach Pauline Love officially announced the addition of Brooke Coffey to the women's basketball program on Sunday.
Coffey, a 6-1 guard from St. Charles, Mo., will join the Crimson Tide for the upcoming 2026-27 season after spending the last two seasons at Lindenwood and her freshman campaign at Illinois State.

- Appeared and started in 67 starts, averaging 12.2 points per game and 7.2 rebounds per game, through two years at Lindenwood
- Earned First Team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors following her junior season
- Ranked fourth in the OVC in rebounding, grabbing 7.9 boards per game (2025-26)
- Shot 174-of-329 (53 percent) from the field to rank 39th nationally
- In 2024-25, recorded the team's second-highest points per game, averaging 10.9 ppg, while leading the Lions with 6.5 boards per game through 34 contests
- Selected to the All-OVC Newcomer Team and All-OVC Second Team lists at the conclusion of her sophomore year
- Through two seasons, Coffey scored in double figures 49 different times, including a career-high 29 points against SIUE (Jan. 6, 2026)
- Prior to Lindenwood, spent one year at Illinois State, earning 112 points, 93 rebounds, 30 assists and 10 blocks in 34 appearances
- Led Incarnate Word High School to its sixth consecutive Missouri Class 6 state title
- Finished her high school career on a 100-game winning streak to mark the longest active win streak in the country
