Alabama Lands Boston College Transfer Amirah Anderson

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama head coach Pauline Love announced the addition of Amirah Anderson to the women's basketball program on Thursday.

The Crimson Tide will welcome the Stafford, Va., native to the upcoming 2026-27 squad after she spent her freshman campaign at Boston College.

Grabbed a team-high nine rebounds against Holy Cross (11/03)
Prior to BC, she was ranked a four-star recruit and No. 76 in the 2025 recruiting class by ESPN
In high school, she reached the 1,000 point and 500 rebound milestone her senior season at Bishop Ireton

Aided Bishop Ireton to its first WCAC Championship game appearance before capturing the Throne National title
Three-Time All-VISAA selection, highlighted by two straight seasons on the All-First Team
