National Girls & Women in Sports Day
Recently, Alabama Athletics celebrated National Girls & Women in Sports Day with a campaign to raise $50,000 for the Crimson Tide Scholarship Fund (CTSF), the annual scholarship fund for Alabama Athletics. Bolstered by a generous matching gift from alumna Zelia Baugh '92, the campaign raised $141,453 for student athlete-scholarships. We'd like to thank Ms. Baugh and those of you who celebrated by contributing to the CTSF. If you'd still like to donate, perhaps in honor of the female athlete in your life, visit www.uactf.org/ngwsd.Â

#RollTideFriday
This week's #RollTideFriday photo was something I could not resist including. Take a look at Kim McWhirt's grandson who is yelling cheering on the Crimson Tide all the way from Oregon! You gotta love that! Remember to use the hashtag #RollTideFriday in your social posts and tweet your photos to me at @Greg_Byrne. Let's keep these great photos coming!Â
