
Alabama Welcomes Alyssa D’Aloise as an Assistant Coach

D’Aloise followed her three-year stint as a pivotal player and team captain for Mississippi State as the program’s full-time director of soccer operations
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –– Alyssa D'Aloise is set to join the Crimson Tide as an assistant coach, Alabama soccer head coach Wes Hart announced Monday.
The former Mississippi State standout and three-year team captain served as the Bulldogs' director of operations for the past three seasons following her playing career.

Mississippi State Director of Operations (2023-25)
- Aided Mississippi State with day-to-day operations, including team travel, practice schedules and team itineraries
- Oversaw budget development, financial planning and resource management
- Facilitated event planning, fundraising initiatives and promotional campaigns to help increase program visibility and support
- A part of Mississippi State's 2024 staff which saw the Bulldogs make the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 for the first-time in program history and secure their first-ever Southeastern Conference Regular Season title
- Aided in Bulldog soccer camps
Coaching Experience (2021-25)
- Assisted in an Olympic Development Pool (ODP) South Region Training camp last summer, coaching, managing and selecting members for the 2010 girls team
- Served as an interim assistant coach for Mississippi State from December 2024 to February 2025, helping in the team's daily training where she managed drills and developed technical and tactical skills
- Additionally, as an interim coach with the Bulldogs, D'Aloise evaluated prospective student-athletes and coordinated recruiting visits
- Worked as a private coach in Starkville, Miss., beginning in 2023, where she led individual and small-group training sessions, organized and managed 3v3 tournaments and provided personal development to players
- Served as a coach for the Tupelo Futbol Club from 2021 until her recent hiring at Alabama
- While with the youth club, she designed and led practice sessions, served an on-field coach and helped create and foster the soccer community
- Worked as student coach from January to May in 2023, conducing film analysis and breakdown, helped with training sessions and kept statistics including passing percentage, shots on goal, etc., to help in player development
Playing Career (2018-22)
- Played three years at Mississippi State where she served as the team captain for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 seasons
- With the Bulldogs, she competed and started in 45 games and contributed to 23 wins, including 14 shutout victories
- Scored two goals as a midfielder and played the full 90 minutes in 18 matches
- Helped pace MSU to one of its best all-time season performances as the Bulldogs made the NCAA Tournament for just the second time in program history in 2022 and earned its first-ever win in the tournament
- Prior to transferring to Starkville, she played with Texas Tech as a freshman and sophomore
- Appeared in 25 matches for the Red Raiders
Personal
- Two-time Mississippi State graduate, earning a bachelor's in kinesiology – clinical exercise physiology and a master's in business administration
- Selected as a 2022 Academic All-District honoree with a perfect 4.0
- Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll
