
Alabama Signs Four to Men’s Tennis Team

Rohan Hazratwala, Yoshka Sborowsky and Gray Voelzke will compete with the Tide this season, while Theo Hegarty is set to join the 2026-27 squad in the fall
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama head men's tennis coach George Husack announced the signing of four players to the Crimson Tide squad on Thursday.
Rohan Hazratwala, Yoshka Sborowsky and Gray Voelzke are set to compete for the 2026 season as competition gets underway on Sunday with a double header against Furman and Tennessee Tech. Theo Hegarty is set to join the team in the fall as part of the 2026-27 squad.

Rohan Hazratwala
- Reached a career-high ITF junior ranking of No. 113
- Has won four ITF Junior singles titles, winning the 2024 J60 Gold Coast, 2023 J60 Lautoka and the 2023 J30 Adelaide twice
- Six-time Australian doubles title champion winning the 2025 J100 Burnie, 2024 J60 Lautoka, 2024 J100 Brisbane, 202023 J60 Lautoka and the 2023 J30 Adelaide twice
- A three-time Australian schools champion
- Ranked in the top five in Australian junior rankings
- From Townsville, Australia
Theo Hegarty
- As a five-star athlete, he is the top ranked recruit in Arkansas and holds a top 50 ranking in the USTA national standings
- Holds a career-high ITF junior ranking of No. 153
- Won the 2025 J60 Santo Domingo singles title in addition to capturing four 2025 ITF doubles titles (J100 Stabekk, J100 Guatemala, J100 Calgary, J100 Quebec City and J60 Santo Domingo)
- Claimed the bronze ball (third place) at the 2025 USTA Boys 18s National Championships
- Competed at the U18 USTA National Winter Championships

Yoshka Sborowsky
- Won two ITF junior doubles titles, winning the 2024 J60 Arlon and the 2023 Lyon
- Invited to the ATP Challenger in Lyon, France, in both singles and doubles
- Competed at the ITF Futures events in Europe during the 2025 calendar year
- Achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 1722

Gray Voelzke
- Played with VCU from 2021-25
- Earned a No. 66 national ranking in doubles alongside German Samofalov with the Rams
- Recorded a career-high ATP singles ranking of 1467 and 1180 doubles ranking
- Won the M15 in La Paz Bolivia
- From Winston-Salem, North Carolina
