
Lolly Milbaum Named to U.S. Junior National Team

The UA freshman secured a spot on the junior team in the open water
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Alabama freshman Lolly Milbaum was named to the U.S. Junior National Team roster, USA Swimming announced.
Milbaum will make her second appearance on the national team after securing a spot on the 2023-24 season.

- Qualified for the U.S. Junior National Team for the 2023-24 season as an open water competitor
- 2022 National Age Group Award in the 800, 1000, 1500 and 1650 free
- Four-time NISCA All-American (2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024)
- 2023 LEN Open Water Swimming Cup - Leg 3 (Barcelona) competitor, representing the U.S.
- Finished 20th in the Len Open Water Swimming Cup as the youngest competitor in the competition
- Placed in the top four in 500 free at 4A States all four years (freshman-4th, Sophomore-2nd, Junior- 3rd, Senior- 1st state champ)
- Riverview girls swimming state champion four consecutive years
