Planinsek to Represent Slovenia in Davis Cup

The former Crimson Tide standout is set to compete in the two-day tournament beginning on Sept. 12
TUSCALOOSA, Ala.- Former Alabama standout Filip Planinsek will represent Slovenia in the Davis Cup September 12-13 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.Â
Planinsek and the Slovenian national team will face Uruguay in the second-round match.

- Planinsek will play two singles matches agaist Uruguay's Franco Roncadelli and Joaquin Aguilar Cardozo.Â
