Alabama Head Coach Ashley Johnston Said
"We went into tonight saying, 'how are we going to define a win?' A win for [the] Crimson and White looked like really committing to our approaches and having fun. I think this team is (at its) best when they're competing freely, when they're believing in themselves – which means having fun, and we really did that tonight. We looked really calm out there; we looked really composed. We were able to take the high moments and continue to build momentum. We were able to take the learning moments and flip those around to follow up with great moments, and I think that's what tonight was about – gaining that experience to fully send it but then learn a lot. Every single athlete tonight learned a lot about what we need to do in the next month to be undeniable and to just continue this journey. So, I think it was a really strong start, and we had lots of really exciting highlights."
