Harriet Lockley climbs up the player leaderboard on the final day
WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Alabama women's golf team wrapped up its final tournament of the Fall season, finishing tied for 13thplace at the Landfall Tradition with a team total of 30-over par 894 (295-302-297). Harriet Lockley led the way for the Crimson Tide, ending the day in 29th place on the player leaderboard at 4-over par 220 (73-75-72), moving up 13 spots on the final day.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- As a team, Alabama posted 40 birdies throughout the tournament, which ranked fifth-best throughout the field
- For the second time this season, Harriet Lockley led the Tide on the player leaderboard, finishing in 29th place at 4-over par 220 (73-75-72), moving up 13 spots on the final day
- Mattison Frick carded a 7-over par 223 (73-75-75), ending the tournament in 41st overall
- Natachanok Tunwannarux finished inside the top-50 at 8-over par 224 (74-75-75), placing 48th
- Ryan Flynn posted her lowest round (75, +3) of the tournament, finishing 74th at 14-over par 230 (78-77-75)
- Amanda Gyllner rounded out UA's lineup in 88th overall at 20-over par 236 (75-79-82)
- Competing as an individual, Grace Crawford finished the tournament at 21-over par 237 (79-83-75)
TEAM RESULTS
- No. 24 North Carolina took home first place on the team leaderboard at 7-under par
- Kent State's Veronika Kedronová finished atop the player leaderboard tied at 13-under par
