Alabama Travels to Auburn for Regular Season Finale

- Alabama will travel to Auburn for the team's regular season finale on Friday
- It marks the fourth consecutive year the Tide has concluded the regular season against the TigersÂ
- UA enters the weekend ranked 19th on the men's side and 15th on the women's side of competition, while Auburn ranks 15th on the men's side and 21st on the women's side
- Alabama is coming off a loss to the No. 9/5 Tennessee men's and women's swimming and diving teamÂ
- Auburn swept Kentucky in its last outing as Kate Murray earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors (Jan. 21)Â
- Individually, the men's team has five performances that rank in the top 15 nationally as Charlie Hawke (3rd- 200 free | 7th - 500 free), Kaique Alves (9th - 200 free), Leonardo Alcantara (13th - 1650 free) and Tommy Hagar (14th- 100 back) holds a spot among the nation's fastest performances this seasonÂ
- Emily Jones (8th - 100 back) and Avery Wiseman (10th - 200 breast) are both ranked in the top 10 nationally on the women's side Â
- The Tide also ranks sixth in the women's 200 freestyle relay, sixth in the men's 400 freestyle relay, seventh in the women's 400 medley relay, ninth in the women's 200 medley relay and 15th in the men's 400 medley relayÂ
- Alabama diver Rin Drudge secured two NCAA Zone cuts against Tennessee as she captured a score of 265.13 on the 1m board and a 289.95 on the 3m board
- Nigel Chambers tallied a 305.18 on the 1m board to secure his Zone Cut in the event in addition to bettering his 3m qualifying mark with a 330.38
- Peter Edin recorded a 324.53 to surpass the NCAA Zone Cut on the 3m board
- Colten Cryer holds Zone Cuts on the 1m (313.60), 3m (325.20) and platform (302.10), while Chambers also holds a qualifying score of 328.20 on the platformÂ
- On the women's side, Grace Hurley (3m-280.00) and Brooklyn O'Day (platform-254.93) also hold qualifying scoresÂ
