
Alabama Track and Field Set to Host Speed and Power Clinic

The Crimson Tide’s Speed and Power Clinic is designed to equip athletes in all sports with the tools to get faster and more explosive
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama track and field will host its Need for Speed: Speed and Power Clinic Sunday, April 27, the program announced this week. The clinic will be held at the Sam Bailey Track and Field Complex.
The UA staff will share the best drills and technical progressions for improving speed and power regardless of sport. Drills will focus on accelerative power, top end speed, force production, angles/supplication of force and more.
Those who sign up during the early registration window will receive a free shirt. Early registration for the clinic ends Friday, March 7.

All camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
