
Alabama’s Maddie Padelski Named to U.S. U-17 Training Camp Roster

The training camp will run from July 8-16 in Atlanta and will feature two closed-door matches against Brazil
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Incoming Alabama freshman Maddie Padelski was named to the United States U-17 Women's National Team Training Camp, the organization announced Wednesday.
The camp will run from July 8-16 in Atlanta. The United States will face Brazil in two closed-door matches during the camp on July 12 and 15.
Padelski is one of 24 players called up to the eight-day event. The invite marks the seventh appearance at a United States Youth National Training Camp for Padelski, who is set to join the Tide as a freshman in the fall.

- Will compete as a forward in the fall for Alabama
- Making her seventh appearance at the U.S. Youth National Training Camp after making three appearances at the U-16 camp and earning an invite to her fourth U-17 camp
- Was the U-16 Mondail Montague winner
- Competed in two scrimmages against Japan as a member of the United States Youth Training Camp, scoring a goal and tallying an assist
- Named an ECNL All-American as well as the ECNL Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year
- Two-time First Team All-Conference for Ohio Valley while playing with the Tennessee Soccer Club
- Named a high school two-time all-state honoree as well as an all-region recipient with Nolensville High School
- Two-Time Williamson County Player of the Year
- Three-time District 10 MVP AAA
