
Birmingham Announced as Host Site for 2025 SEC Gymnastics Championship

The announcement marks the eighth time that the conference meet will take place in the Magic City, as three of the Crimson Tide’s 10 SEC titles have come in Birmingham
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference will host the 2025 SEC Gymnastics Championship (Saturday, March 22) at Legacy Arena in Birmingham, the league office announced Tuesday.
The announcement marks the eighth time that the conference meet will take place in the Magic City. Birmingham previously served as the host site from 2001-03 at Bartow Arena, then again at the Legacy Arena (the former BJCC Arena) in 2006, 2011, 2014 and 2022.
Of the 10 SEC titles claimed by Alabama, three have come in Birmingham (2003, 2011, 2014). In all seven conference championships, competed in Birmingham, the Crimson Tide has never finished as low as second place.
Ticket information for the 2025 SEC Gymnastics Championship will be announced at a later date.
