
Cryer Wins 1m Dive to Open Scottish National Diving Championships

Colten Cryer recorded a 302.65 in the finals to win the event
EDINBURGH, Scotland – Alabama's Colten Cryer opened the Scottish National Diving Championships with the top score on the 1m board.
The UA sophomore would tally 302.65 points in the finals to win the event. Cryer's performance was aided by four 50-point dives, including three to close out the round. He finished the event with a 24-point gap over the second-place finisher (278.65 points).
Earlier in the day, Cryer posted a score of 237.45 in the preliminary round. He would finish fifth in the qualifying round to advance him to the finals.
