Alabama Lands Ace Austin to 2025 Class

The ESPNW Top 100 recruit will join the Crimson Tide in the summer of 2025
Tuscaloosa, Ala. – Head coach Kristy Curry announced the signing of Ace Austin to the incoming class Friday morning. The Alabama native is a ESPNW four-star and Top 100 2025 recruit who will join the Crimson Tide as a 5-7 guard.

- Named to the Alabama Basketball Northeast Regional All-Tournament Team four consecutive years from 2020-2024
- Played for the Alabama Southern Starz on the Nike EYBL Circuit under Director Doug Bush and for her father, head coach Ricky Austin and mother, assistant coach Dana Austin at Spring Garden High School for basketball and volleyball
- During her junior season, Austin averaged 20.2 points per game, 7.2 rebounds per game, 7.1 assists per game and 3.6 steals per game
- Austin is the daughter of Ricky and Dana Austin and has two brothers in Riley and Cooper
- Chose Alabama over Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Mississippi State and Missouri
