Alabama finishes the tournament in 11th place
WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Alabama women's golf team wrapped up its final tournament of the fall season, finishing in 11th place at the Landfall Tadition, carding a 27-over par 891 (294-293-304). In her first tournament start of the season, Ryan Flynn led the way for the Crimson Tide, finishing tied for 16th place overall at 1-over par 217 (73-70-74).
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- Alabama posted the third-lowest average score (3.15) on Par 3 holes throughout the tournament
- Carding her Alabama-career low tournament of 217, Ryan Flynn finished in 16th place leading the Tide
- Molly Brown Davidson earned a top-30 finish for the second time in her career, placing 27th at 4-over par 220 (71-75-74)
- Mattison Frick finishes in a tie for 63rd overall, carding 12-over par 228 (75-73-80)
- Harriet Lockley wrapped up the tournament tied for 72nd place at 13-over par 229 (75-75-79)
- Isabella van der Biest led the field with the lowest-average score (2.75) on Par 3 holes, ending the tournament tied for 75th at 14-over par 230 (78-75-77)
TEAM RESULTS
- Florida State (-2) took home the team title
- North Carolina State's Lauren Olivares and Florida State's Lottie Woad tied for first-place on the player leaderboard at 6-under par
