The fifth-year senior threw the third perfect game of her career, eighth in program history
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Alabama fifth-year senior Montana Fouts was named the Southeastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week after throwing three shutouts, including the eighth perfect game in program history.

The perfect game is the eighth in program history and the third for Fouts, previously contributing to a combined perfect game at Alabama State (Feb. 12, 2021) and throwing a solo perfect game against UCLA at the Women's College World Series (June 4, 2021). The Grayson, Ky., native had double-digit strikeouts in each game this week, pushing her past 100 Ks for the season.
