TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's tennis program (9-12, 1-7 SEC) fell, 6-1, to Vanderbilt (7-12, 2-6 SEC) Friday evening at the Alabama Tennis Stadium.

The Commodores would claim the doubles point on consecutive courts via 6-4 and 7-5 scores. The Tide's doubles pair of Enzo Aguiard and Yair Sarouk were in a 6-6 battle (4-2) on court three when doubles play was won.

In singles play, Vanderbilt would win five consecutive courts to record the victory before No. 88 Filip Planinsek secured court one in a three-set battle (7-6 (2), 4-6, 6-3).
