Luisa Blanco and Lilly Hudson Combine for Four WCGA Regular Season All-America Honors

Blanco has now earned 15 All-America honors in her career
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A pair of Alabama gymnasts combined for four Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) Regular Season All-America honors, the organization announced Thursday.
Luisa Blanco earned three accolades, picking up first-team honors on both the balance beam and floor exercise along with second-team recognition in the All-Around. Blanco has now totaled 15 honors for her career, just three behind the program record of 18 set by Jeana Rice from 2001-04.
Lilly Hudson earned her second career All-America honor on the floor exercise, picking up second-team recognition on the event.
In all, 80 Alabama gymnasts have combined to earn 384 All-America honors. This total includes Championship All-America honors along with regular season All-America, which began in 2013.
About Luisa Blanco
- Fifteen-time All-American, with nine regular-season honors and six championship accolades in her career
- Ranked No. 3 in the NCAA on the balance beam with an NQS of 9.970, ranking No. 1 within the SEC on the event
- Recorded three perfect 10.0s on the balance beam in the 2023 season
- Closed out the regular season with a No. 6 national ranking on the floor exercise an NQS of 9.955
- Ranked No. 10 in the nation and No. 5 in the SEC in the all-around, finishing the regular season with an NQS of 39.640
About Lilly Hudson
- Earned All-America accolades on the floor exercise, giving her two total All-America honors in her career
- Competed in the all-around in every meet this season for Alabama, contributing a team-best total of 44 routines
- Ranked No. 16 in the nation and No. 7 within the SEC on the floor exercise, closing out the regular season with an NQS of 9.940
