Head Coach Ashley Johnston said
"Tonight was a great dress rehearsal for season. It was an opportunity to get out on the equipment, to adapt to a different environment and to figure out new routines and new combinations. I'm pleased with the depth that we were able to show tonight, to have nine to 10 routines on each event was a good starting point for us. I'm proud of the team for going big tonight. They have so much heart and are on a mission to lead Alabama gymnastics to greatness. I loved getting to see so many fans in the stands, and I look forward to packing the house on Jan. 6 against Michigan State."
