
Alabama’s Kynadie Adams Named SEC Women’s Golf Freshman of the Week

Adams finished in fourth place at the Illini Women’s Invitational at Medinah, leading the Crimson Tide
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama golfer Kynadie Adams has been named the Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Week, the league office announced Thursday.
Adams led the Tide with her first career top-five finish, closing the event with a two-day, 54-hole total of 11-under par 205 (68-69-68), tying for fourth overall. With three consecutive rounds in the 60s, she became the first UA golfer to record sub-70 scores in the same tournament since Benedetta Moresco at The Ally.
