
Alabama Men’s Tennis Announces 2021-22 Schedule

The Crimson Tide will open the 2021-22 season with the Alabama Four-In-The-Fall, Sept. 17-19
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama men's tennis team announced its 2021-22 schedule Friday. The Crimson Tide opens the season Sept. 17, hosting the three-day Alabama Four-In-The-Fall Tournament at the Alabama Tennis Stadium.
Fall Schedule
- UA will open the fall season by hosting the Alabama Four-In-The-Fall Tournament, Sept. 17-19
- In addition to the Crimson Tide's home tournament, Alabama will compete in five road competitions
- The Tide will travel to Starkville, Miss., for the Bulldog Challenge (Oct. 1-3), Tulsa, Okla., for the ITA All-American Championships (Oct. 4-10), Auburn, Ala., for the ITA Fall Regional Championships (Oct. 14-19), San Diego, Calif., for the ITA Fall National Championships (Nov. 4-7) and Lake Nona, Fla., for the UCA Fall Invite (Nov. 5-7)
Spring Schedule
- The spring season features 19 dual matches, including 11 matches at home for the Tide
- UA opens its home schedule with back-to-back matches against Mercer and Samford (Jan. 15) before welcoming non-conference opponents Oklahoma State (Jan. 22), Memphis (Feb. 5) and UAB (Feb. 5) and conference foes Ole Miss (March 11), LSU (March 20), Texas A&M (April 1), Arkansas (April 3), Florida (April 8) and South Carolina (April 10)
- The team's road schedule will include Oklahoma (Feb. 11), Tulsa (Feb. 13), Kentucky (March 4), Auburn (March 13), Mississippi State (March 25), Vanderbilt (March 27), Tennessee (April 15) and Georgia (April 17)
- The Tide will also compete at the ITA Kickoff (Jan. 29-30) in Starkville, Miss., opening the tournament against Kentucky
- The ITA National Indoor Championships (Feb. 18-21) is in Seattle, Wash.
- The two-day Blue-Gray National Tennis Classic (Feb. 25-26) will be held in Montgomery, Ala.
- Georgia will host the SEC Championships (April 20-24) in Athens, Ga.
- NCAA Regional Championships (May 6-8) and NCAA Super Regional Championships (May 14 or May 15) will be held on campus sites determined at a later date, before the season comes to an end with the NCAA Championships (May 19-28) in Champaign, Ill.
