Alabama Women’s Golf Signs Elite Junior Golfer Taylor Kehoe

Kehoe, of Strathroy, Ontario, will join the Crimson Tide in the fall of 2022
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama women's golf program signed more top talent in the early signing period, inking Taylor Kehoe to a national letter of intent, it was announced by head coach Mic Potter Monday.
"Taylor is one of, if not the best, junior golfer coming out of Canada this year," Potter said. "Taylor has five wins on the American Junior Golf Association tour, and is a member of the Canadian National Team, so she will impact our lineup immediately in the fall of 2022. The first time that we saw Taylor play we felt she was a must-have prospect. We couldn't be more excited to have her finally sign on to join our Alabama Golf family!"

- Taylor Kehoe has won five American Junior Golf Association tournaments.
- In her most recent triumph on the elite tour, Kehoe recorded rounds of 75, 73 and 73, collecting seven birdies en route to a 5-over-par 221 at the AJGA Junior at 12 Oaks at The Club At 12 Oaks in Holly Springs, N.C., April 15-18, 2021.
- She defeated her closest opponent by four strokes.
- At the time of her win, she was ranked No. 42 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
- Kehoe has won the following tournaments on the AJGA circuit:
- 2021 AGJA Junior at 12 Oaks
- 2020 AJGA Randy Wise Junior Open
- 2020 AJGA Junior at Knollwood
- 2019 AJGA Pinehurst Junior
- 2019 AJGA Dana Incorporated Junior Open
- To cap a sensational year with the AJGA, Kehoe was named a 2020 AJGA Rolex Junior All-America Honorable Mention.
- Kehoe has one or more wins in four of her last five seasons on the AJGA circuit.
- Kehoe is also a member of the Canadian National Team.
