TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama Athletics and Socialie have partnered together to provide one of the top content distribution platforms to all Crimson Tide student-athletes.
With the use of Socialie, student-athletes will have direct access to their photos and videos in a personalized inbox where they can quickly browse, save and publish content on their social media channels in a couple clicks.
"Alabama is committed to the total support of its student-athletes, which includes educational, athletic and personal development," said Director of Athletics Greg Byrne. "We are excited to get them onboarded with Socialie as we continue to educate and provide resources for their individual brand management."
To go along with its distribution capabilities, Socialie also offers users content success and performance data, which broadens social impact extensively with reportable numbers.
"Socialie is thrilled to be partnering with a world-class institution like The University of Alabama to help further its efforts of serving student-athletes during their collegiate careers," said Kristin Adams, Founder and CEO of Socialie. "We are excited to play a part in empowering them to share their stories directly with their fans with instant access to high-quality photos and videos produced by the Alabama Athletic department. Not only will Alabama student-athletes be able to grow their personal brands during their collegiate careers, but this content will also stay with them as they continue to use Socialie during their professional athletic careers through our partnerships with pro leagues and teams -- building a uniquely powerful archive of every moment from their freshman year to their pro debut and beyond."
In addition to servicing the collegiate space, Socialie is also partnered with top sports properties across the globe and over 50 pro sports teams including the San Francisco 49ers, Ultimate Fighting Championship, ATP, European Tour, USA Swimming and the WTA.
