Alabama’s Kenzie Wright Earns All-SEC First Team Honors

Carolina Caminoli recognized as Alabama’s representative on the SEC Community Service Team
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Alabama women's golf senior standout Kenzie Wright was named to the Southeastern Conference First Team, while sophomore Carolina Caminoli was recognized on the SEC Community Service Team, the conference office announced Thursday afternoon.
With Wright's honor, Alabama has had more first team All-SEC selections over the past 13 seasons (25) than it had in its history prior to 2006 (6).

First Team All-SEC
- Wright, who was recently named WGCA All-American has been one of the Crimson Tide's steadiest players throughout her senior campaign, playing in all seven tournaments with a stroke average of 71.92.
- The senior is the No. 17-ranked collegiate golfer according to the last Golfstat rankings.
- The McKinney, Texas, native was announced to the 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup team, which is rescheduled to take place at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge Dec. 21-23, 2020.
- She also was selected to play in the second annual Augusta National Women's Amateur, which has been postponed till April 2020 and will feature the top women's amateur golfers in the world.
Carolina Caminoli
SEC Community Service Team
- Involved in a variety of activities assisting the Tuscaloosa community, Caminoli received the recognition for the first time in her career.
- The Castel Gandolfo, Italy, product spent the bulk of her community service time helping with the Alberta Head Start Trunk-or-Treat and Halloween Extravaganza.
- The sophomore participated in Project Angel Tree, where she sponsored Christmas for Tuscaloosa children whose parents are incarcerated.
- Additionally, she is a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC).
