Lewis Named to SEC Community Service Team for Second Consecutive Year

The redshirt junior has volunteered her time with multiple organizations in the Tuscaloosa area
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Redshirt junior Jordan Lewis was named to the Southeastern Conference Community Team for the second consecutive year, the league office announced on Wednesday.
Lewis has volunteered her time for organizations such as the Alberta Head Start program and Habitat for Humanity. She also volunteered around the time of the annual 5th Grade Fastbreak game to read to kids in elementary schools around Tuscaloosa.
Around the holiday season, Lewis went to DCH Medical Center and sang holiday carols with her teammates. She made additional appearances in delivering tickets to season ticket holders around the community.
Yesterday, Lewis was named the SEC Player of the Week for the first time in her career.
