
Alabama Women’s Tennis Opens SEC Challenge #1 with a Pair of Victories

Isabella Harvison notched a singles win, while Alba Cortina Pou and Anna Parkhomenko opened the season with a doubles victory
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama women's tennis team notched a pair of wins on day one of the SEC Challenge #1 in Tuscaloosa, Ala., Friday. The three-day tournament features players from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Mississippi State in both singles and doubles matches.
Sophomore Isabella Harvison picked up a win in singles, while senior Alba Cortina Pou and freshman Anna Parkhomenko opened the season with a doubles victory.

- Due to health and safety considerations in addition to the current guidelines, attendance at Alabama tennis home competitions is limited to guests of student-athletes and each team's coaching staff if the matches are played outdoors. If matches are played indoors, there will be no spectators allowed.
