
Alabama Men’s Tennis Notches a Trio of Wins on Day Two of Bulldog Challenge

Patrick Kaukovalta notched a singles and doubles win on Saturday in Starkville
STARKVILLE, Miss. – The Alabama men's tennis team notched a trio of wins Saturday afternoon on day two of the Bulldog Challenge in Starkville, Miss. In addition to the Crimson Tide, the tournament features players from host school Mississippi State as well as LSU, Ole Miss and Tennessee in both singles and doubles competition.
Patrick Kaukovalta remains undefeated on the weekend, winning both his singles and doubles matches for the second day in a row. Kaukovalta combined with Riccardo Roberto to pick up his doubles win, while Marcelo Sepulveda Garza and Vincent Rettke also came away with a doubles victory Saturday.
Kaukovalta goes to 4-1 in singles matches this fall and with Saturday's victories, Alabama has now tallied 10 on the weekend with one more day of competition remaining.
