
10 Current and Future Members of the Alabama Swimming and Diving Teams Ranked on 18 & Under World 100 Lists

There are three current freshmen and seven Crimson Tide signees on the list
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – United States Swimming released the 18 and under World 100 list recently and there are three current members of the Alabama Swimming and Diving team on the list as well as seven Crimson Tide signees.
Current freshmen Liam Bell, Derek Maas and Matt Menke all made the list along with signees Bernardo Bondra, Gracie Felner, Reese Hazan, Matt King, Chris O'Connor, Kacper Piotrowski and Eric Stelmar.
Bell earned four spots on the list, including the 50-meter freestyle, 100-meter breaststroke, 200 breaststroke and 200-meter individual medley. Maas also earned a place in four events, including the 100-meter butterfly, 200-meter individual medley, 100-meter backstroke and 200-meter breaststroke. Menke made the list in the 200-meter backstroke.
Bell and Maas are both ranked in the top 20 in the 100-meter breaststroke, with Bell and No. 12 and Maas at No. 16.
Bondra also earned a top-20 ranking, coming in at No. 11 in the 100-meter butterfly. King earned a top-20 listing in the 50-meter freestyle and is in the top 100 in the 100-meter freestyle. O'Connor is in the top 25 in the 100-meter backstroke and in the top 100 in the 200-meter backstroke. Piotrowski made the list in the 100-meter freestyle, while Stelmar earned spots in the 100-meter and 200-meter backstroke.
Felner made the top-100 in the 100-meter and 200-meter butterfly, while Hazan also figures on the 200-meter list.
