Andie Daniell Named to SEC Women’s Tennis Community Service Team for Second Consecutive Year

The senior has volunteered for numerous organizations around the Tuscaloosa community
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – For the second consecutive year, senior Andie Daniell was named to the Southeastern Conference Women's Tennis Community Service Team the league office announced on Thursday.
Daniell has volunteered for multiple organizations in her four-year career at the University of Alabama. This year the senior spent time with Project Angel Tree where she responsible for selecting the gifts for children from five to thirteen years of age. During the event she helped organize games as well as help lead stadium tours for the children.
In addition, she spent time organizing tennis mixers at Indian Hills Country Club and North River Yacht Club. She helped run tennis clinics for the adults and children in the community. These clinics consisted of doubles drills and coaching. In addition, she has spent time with Special Olympics and the Capstone Village Retirement Community.
The Alabama women's tennis team is back in action tomorrow night at 5 p.m. at the Alabama Tennis Stadium against No. 44 Arkansas.
