The Crimson Tide is ranked for the second consecutive week
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A sweep over conference foe Tennessee last weekend helped Alabama rowing maintain its top-20 ranking, coming in at No. 17 in this week's US Rowing/CRCA poll.
No. 4 Texas, No. 17 Alabama, Oklahoma and Tennessee are the only Big 12 schools to either be ranked or receiving votes in this week's polls. Last week, the Tide appeared in the top-20 for the first time in program history, ranked at No. 18 following a sweep over then-No. 16 Indiana at the Cardinal Invite.
Alabama returns to the water Saturday, March 30 in Tuscaloosa hosting Creighton and Jacksonville in its final home race of the season. The regatta will also serve as Senior Day and its annual Power of Pink race.
