Alabama Diver Robby Costine Makes Second Final of the NCAA Zone B Championships

The senior advanced to the finals of the 3-meter springboard event on the championships’ second day
AUBURN, Ala. – Alabama swimming and diving senior Robby Costine earned a place in his second final of the NCAA Zone B Championships at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center in Auburn, Ala., on Tuesday.
Costine finished 16th off the 3-meter board, totaling 660.65 points over 12 dives. He was 12th after prelims after totaling 332.65 points for six dives.
Freshman Kevin Li just missed finals after taking 19th with 320.50 points over six dives, while fellow rookie Hunter Jaynes was 35th after tallying 234.65 points.
On the women's side of the meet freshman Halia Bower was 32nd off the 1-meter board with 213.40 points.
The Zone B Championships come to a close Wednesday with the men's and women's platform events.
