Alabama Softball to Host Pair of June Camps

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama softball will host a pair of summer camps this June, featuring the Crimson Tide coaching staff as well as current and former players.
Camp will cover pitching, all defensive positions and all aspects of the offensive game, including hitting, bunting, slapping, base running and sliding.
Registration for both sessions will open on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. CT at www.alabamasoftballcamp.com. Questions can be sent to patrickmurphysoftballschool@gmail.com.
Campers are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and getting to/from Rhoads Stadium each day. Hampton Inn is the official hotel sponsor for the Patrick Murphy Softball School and will provide rooms at a discounted rate. They have two locations in Tuscaloosa. Hampton Inn-University is located across from Rhoads Stadium on McFarland Blvd and Hampton Inn-East is located seven miles from Rhoads Stadium. SESSION 1: MONDAY JUNE 17 – WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19
Who: Entering 9th Grade – 12th Grade, Fall 2019 *NO EXCEPTIONS*
Where: Rhoads Stadium
- Check-In: 9 a.m. CT, June 17
- Check-Out: 12 p.m. CT, June 19
Cost: $460 per camper
- Deposit option of $160 per camper, remaining balance must be paid online by June 4
Registration Limit: 200 campers
SESSION 2: WEDNESDAY JUNE 19 – FRIDAY, JUNE 21
Who: 10 Years Old – Entering 8th Grade, Fall 2019 *NO EXCEPTIONS*
Where: Rhoads Stadium
- Check-In: 3 p.m. CT, June 19
- Check-Out: 12 p.m. CT, June 21
Cost: $460 per camper
- Deposit option of $160 per camper, remaining balance must be paid online by June 4
Registration Limit: 200 campers
