Alabama Gymnastics Hosts Crimson & White Preview December 18 at 6 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum

Admission to the preseason event is free and fans are asked to enter through the front lobby of Coleman Coliseum
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama gymnastics team will hold its Crimson & White Preview Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum. Admission to the event is free, with doors opening at 5 p.m.
The event will include routines on all four events – with some being full routines and some being specific elements of a routine. There will also be interviews with gymnasts during the evening.
Dana Duckworth, in her sixth season as Alabama's head coach, will introduce the Crimson Tide's roster during the event. This year's team includes three seniors, four juniors, five sophomores and three freshmen.
There are five Scholastic All-Americans and All-SEC gymnasts on this year's team – seniors Wynter Childers, Maddie Desch and Shea Mahoney as well as junior Lexi Graber and sophomore Shallon Olsen. Alabama also returns Scholastic All-Americans in juniors Kylie Dickson and Alonza Klopfer and sophomores Emily Gaskins, Jensie Givens, Griffin James and Sania Mitchell.
The Crimson Tide's freshman class is made up of Luisa Blanco, Ella Burgess, Makarri Doggette, Macy Orosco and Mati Waligora, although Blanco and Burgess are joining the Tide for the spring semester and won't be on hand during the C&W Preview.
The Tide's 2020 competitive season starts on the road Friday, Jan. 10 at Auburn. There will be fan bus going to the meet and details are available at www.bamagymnastics.org. Alabama's home slate then gets underway Friday, Jan. 17 against defending NCAA Champion Oklahoma starting at 7:45 p.m. CT for our Annual Capes and Crowns Night. Season tickets can be purchased online at RollTide.com and through the Alabama Ticket Office (205.348.2262).
