TULSA, Okla. – Senior Edson Ortiz earned his highest ranked singles win of his fall or dual match career after defeating No. 47 Jake Van Emburgh in the first round of the Main Singles Draw at the ITA All-American Championships, on Tuesday in Tulsa, Okla.

- No. 42 Ortiz took care of business against No. 47 Van Emburgh of Oklahoma, 6-4, 6-4, after several rain delays.
- On Wednesday night, the No. 29 duo in the nation in junior Patrick Kaukovalta and Ortiz fell in the first round of the Main Doubles Draw to McNally/Cash of Ohio State, 6-4, 6-4.
