Saturday’s Third Round at Mason Rudolph Championship has been Postponed

15-team field will play final 18 holes on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. CT
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Inclement weather on Saturday has forced the third round of the 2018 Mason Rudolph Championship to be postponed, officials have announced. The 15-team field will play the third and final round on Sunday morning, beginning at 9 a.m. CT.
The seventh-ranked Alabama men's golf team is in second place after Friday's 36 holes played at the Vanderbilt Legends Club South Course. The Crimson Tide opened the event on Friday with a 7-over par 291 and followed that with a 3-under par 281 in the second round to finish the 36-hole day at 4-over par 572.
Freshman Davis Shore leads the way for the Crimson Tide, as he is in a tie for first overall after 36 holes of play with a 3-under 139. Meanwhile, fellow freshman Wilson Furr ended the day in a tie for seventh overall with a 1-over par 143.
Senior Jonathan Hardee (72-73) and junior Davis Riley (77-68) both carded a 3-over par 145 and are tied for 10th overall, giving the Tide four individuals among the top-10. Senior Lee Hodges rounded out the Tide golfers in 69th position with a 155 (79-76) on the par 71, 7,100-yard layout.
A pair of Tide seniors are playing as individuals this weekend, as Tyler Hitchner (71-76/147) and Steven Setterstrom (74-74/148) are tied for 18th and 21st, respectively.
Alabama will tee off the final 18 holes at 10:40 a.m. CT and will be paired alongside No. 46 Liberty and No. 4 Vanderbilt. Live scoring throughout the event's final round can be found at www.Golfstat.com.
