Two Crimson Tide Players Ranked in Latest Oracle ITA National Singles Rankings

Sophomore Patrick Kaukovalta makes his first career appearance in the rankings
TEMPE, Ariz. – Sophomore Patrick Kaukovalta made his first career appearance in the Oracle Intercollegiate Tennis Association Singles Rankings, coming in at No. 41, while senior Mazen Osama was ranked No. 24, the organization announced on Wednesday.
Kaukovalta ended the fall season with an impressive 12-4 record, including winning the singles title at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic and reaching the semifinals of the ITA Southern Regional Championships.
Osama compiled a 3-2 record during the fall and most recently played in the USTA $25k Futures professional tournament in Norman, Okla.
Alabama men's tennis begins 2019 season with a doubleheader on Saturday, Jan. 19 against Michigan and Chattanooga inside the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Indoor Facility.
