Jeremy Gschwendtner Moves on to Third Round Qualifiers in the USTA $15k Futures

Gschwendtner defeats Joaquin Marquez, 6-1, 6-2

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Sophomore Jeremy Gschwendtner takes down Joaquin Marquez in the second round qualifier of the USTA $15k Futures at the Roger Scott Tennis Center in Pensacola, Fla., on Saturday.

Gschwendtner moved past Joaquin Marquez, 6-1, 6-2, and will take on Matias Destefanis on Sunday. Match times for tomorrow's competition have yet to be announced.

The London, England native, needs to win his next two matches to move on to the main draw on Nov. 13-18.
