Alabama Gymnastics Holds Crimson & White Preview in Coleman Coliseum Friday at 7 p.m.

Admission to the preseason event is free with fans asked to enter through the front lobby of Coleman Coliseum
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama gymnastics team will hold the Crimson & White Preview this Friday at 7 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum. Admission to the meet the team event is free, with doors opening at 6 p.m.
The event will include exhibition routines on all four events – with some being full routines and some being specific elements of a routine. There will also be interviews with select gymnasts during the evening as well as free pizza and t-shirts at the door and other giveaways throughout..
Dana Duckworth, in her fourth season as Alabama's head coach, will introduce the Crimson Tide's 15-gymnast roster during the event. This year's team includes four seniors, three juniors, four sophomores and four freshmen.
There are three All-Americans, seniors Mackenzie Brannan, Nickie Guerrero and Kiana Winston, on this year's squad. Brannan is also a two-year CoSIDA Academic All-American, while she, Guerrero, Winston and fellow senior Jennie Loeb have also earned Scholastic All-America honors.
The Crimson Tide's freshman class is made up of Kylie Dickson, Lexi Graber, Bailie Key and Alonzo Klopfer. Abby Armbrecht, Angelina Giancroce and Ari Guerra make up the junior class while Peyton Ernst, Shea Mahoney, Wynter Childers and Maddie Desch fill out the sophomore class. Desch earned All-SEC honors as a rookie while Childers was named to the SEC All-Freshman team. Every member of Alabama's sophomore and junior class earned Scholastic All-America honors in 2017.
The Tide's 2018 competitive season starts on the road Friday, Jan. 5 against Michigan in Ann Arbor. Alabama's home slate gets underway Friday, Jan. 12 against Georgia starting at 7:30 p.m. CT.
