Alabama Divers Finish 2017 at Auburn Invitational

The Crimson Tide totaled 10 top-10 finishes over seven events and three days
AUBURN, Ala. – The Alabama diving contingent earned 10 top-10 finishes over the three days of competition at the Auburn Diving Invitational. The meet concluded the Crimson Tide's 2017 competitive slate.
Junior Austin Rettinghouse led the way off the men's 3-meter board, totaling 346.50 points over six dives in the finals to take fifth place. Rettinghouse also turned in Alabama's top finish off the 1-meter board, taking eighth place with 269.60 points in finals. Junior Robby Costine turned in the Tide's top finish off the platform, taking 10th with 254.30 points.
On the women's side of the meet, junior Christina Lu turned in Alabama's top finish off the 1-meter board, tallying 248.15 points over her six-dive list to take eighth place. Lu was 10th off the 3-meter board after a score of 255.00 points.
