Alabama Rowing Travels to Oak Ridge for Cardinal Invitational

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. - Alabama rowing continues its spring season on Saturday, March 12 at the Cardinal Invitational, hosted by the University of Louisville in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Crimson Tide will begin racing at approximately 10:06 a.m. CT and compete in morning and afternoon sessions in a total of 12 races.
In the morning session, Alabama will race seven crews in six races, represented in the Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8, two Varsity 4s and two Novice 8s. The Crimson Tide will race against Michigan State as well as Big 12 opponents Kansas and Oklahoma. Alabama will continue competition in the afternoon session starting at 2:10 p.m. CT with the Varsity 8 and continuing with the Varsity 4a, Novice 8, Second Varsity 8 and Varsity 4b. In the afternoon session, the Tide will compete against Clemson, Oklahoma and Minnesota. Alabama wraps up the day in the Varsity 4c at 2:58 p.m. CT against UCF.
