Antibahs Kosgei and Robbie Farnham-Rose Close Season at NCAA Cross Country Championships

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Running their final cross country races at Alabama, seniors Robbie Farnham-Rose and Antibahs Kosgei closed out the 2016 cross country season at the NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Ind.
Running in the men's 10,000-meter race, Kosgei finished 43rd in a time of 30:29.4, a season-best and his second-fasted 10K time in his two years at Alabama. Farnham-Rose finished 123rd in a time of 31:04.3 in his first appearance at the NCAA Championships.
Kosgei's two-year cross country career at Alabama included two trips to the NCAA Championships, the 2015 South Region individual title, 2015 South Region Runner of the Year honors, two All-South Region selections, the 2015 SEC individual championship, the 2015 SEC Men's Runner of the Year award and two All-SEC selections.
Farnham-Rose made three South Region appearances at Alabama, earning All-South Region honors in 2014 and 2016 along with his NCAA championships appearance this season.
