Men's Tennis Hosts Trio of Matches This Weekend

LSU is undefeated at home this season, which includes a pair of wins last weekend in Baton Rouge where the Tigers defeated No. 11 Vanderbilt, 4-1, and New Orleans, 7-0. LSU has two ranked singles players in Jordan Daigle (No. 85) and Chris Simpson (No. 117) and a pair of ranked doubles teams including Boris Arias and Daigle (No. 18) and Tam Trinh and Eric Perez (No. 71).
Texas A&M stepped out of conference play last time out and split matches with No. 4 Illinois and Abilene Christian, falling 4-2 to the Illini before beating the Wildcats, 6-1, later on Sunday night. The Aggies have four nationally-ranked singles players in Harrison Adams (No. 48), Jeremy Efferding (No. 65), Shane Vinsant (No. 71) and AJ Catanzariti and two ranked doubles team in Adams and Vinsant (No. 9) and Jordan Szabo and Efferding (No. 26).
Mercer has won four of its last six matches, including a program first in the Southern Conference, defeating UNCG, 4-3. The Tide will be the Bears' fourth SEC opponent this season as they have already faced Arkansas twice, Auburn twice and Tennessee.
