Softball Announces Fall Game Dates

TUSCALOOSA, Ala . - Fans can get a sneak peek of the 2015 Alabama softball team this fall, with four doubleheaders scheduled at Rhoads Stadium during the month of October. Admission for each game is $5.
COMPLETE FALL SOFTBALL SCHEDULE
Sunday, Oct. 12 vs. Middle Tennessee State (DH) - 1:30 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 19 vs. University of Mobile (DH) - 2 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 25 vs. Belhaven University (DH) - 1 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 26 vs. West Alabama (DH) - 1:30 p.m.
The Crimson Tide return 13 players from last season's national runner-up squad, including seniors Jadyn Spencer (UT - Waterloo, Iowa), Danielle Richard (UT - Priceville, Ala.), Leslie Jury (P - Anderson, S.C.), Danae Hays (IF - Morris, Ala.) and Chaunsey Bell (C - Indianapolis, Ind.). New additions to the team include freshmen Demi Turner (IF - Huntsville, Texas), Carrigan Fain (UT - Gardendale, Ala.) and Alexis Osorio (P - Riverside, Calif.).
Last season, Alabama won its fifth SEC Championship en route to its 16th-straight NCAA Tournament appearance, seventh NCAA Super Regional title and ninth Women's College World Series appearance. In Oklahoma City, the Tide defeated Oklahoma, Kentucky and Oregon to advance to the championship series, ultimately falling to Florida in two games. It was the first time in NCAA softball history that two SEC teams met in the national championship series.
