
Track & Field Performances Ranked Nationally

The University of Alabama track and field team currently has 10 performances in the top 50 to date including three athletes that ranked in the top 25 nationally this outdoor season.
The Crimson Tide men have four athletes placed in the top 50 right now. Kamal Fuller won the men's long jump with a personal best of 25-1.75 at the Spec Towns Invitational this past weekend. His mark is now good for No. 13 in the country. Tyler Campbell cleared a 7-1 bar in the high jump on his way to a second-place finish at the Ole Miss Invitational on March 31 to place 18th in the country.
For the women's team, six athletes are ranked in the Top 50. Krystle Schade has the fifth best mark in the country for the high jump when she cleared a 6-0 at the Alabama Relays.
Alexis Paine continues her breakthrough season in the pole vault to nab the No. 28 spot in the country when she cleared a personal best height of 13-4.25 at the Spec Towns. Shani Chandler falls back to No. 26 for her 59.04 performance in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ole Miss Invitational.
The lone Tide athlete that is currently ranked No. 1 overall in the SEC is Schade for her high jump performance at the Alabama Relays.
Next up for the Tide is the Auburn War Eagle Invitational this weekend on April 20-21 in Auburn, Ala.
