• Alabama went with the starting lineup of senior forwards Katie Hancock and Tierney Jenkins, junior guard Ericka Russell, freshman forward Kaneisha Horn and freshman guard Ericka Russell. The Crimson Tide is now 5-2 with this starting lineup and 5-0 at home.
• Alabama is now 7-0 all time against Alabama A&M with all six wins coming in Coleman Coliseum.
• The Tide is 22-1 at home under Wendell Hudson in non-conference action. Alabama has won 21 in a row.
• Senior Tierney Jenkins registered her 10th double-double of the season with 19 points and 15 rebounds.
• Junior Ericka Russell reached the double-figure scoring mark for the ninth time this season, and fifth game in a row, finishing with 14 points.
• Alabama forced 25 Alabama A&M turnover and scored 25 points off those turnovers.
• The Lady Bulldog bench outscored the Tide bench 27-10 marking the first time this season the opponent reserves have outscored Alabama and lost.
• Alabama had a season-high 16 steals in the win.
• For the third game this season, the Tide recorded five or more blocks. Junior Ericka Russell had two of Alabama's rejections, setting a new season best, while the remaining three were split up amongst a trio of players.
• Alabama A&M was more efficient from the floor shooting 40.7 percent compared to Alabama's 33.3 percent. Today's game marked the first time this season a team shot at least five percent better than the Tide and lost.
• For the second time in three games, Alabama shot better than 70 percent from the free throw line. The Tide went 18-for-25, or 72.0 percent, from the charity stripe in the win over Alabama A&M.
• The Tide outscored the Lady Bulldogs 6-0 in the final 1:23 of the first half for the 35-29 lead at intermission.
