Senior Adam Booher Takes Second at LSU Diving Invitational

BATON ROUGE, La. - Alabama senior Adam Booher continued his strong showing at the LSU Diving Invitational Friday, taking second place off the 3-meter board just a day after winning the 1-meter by more than 20 points.
Booher scored 375.65 points of the 3-meter, to finish second just behind Auburn's Daniel Mazzaferro. On the women's side of the meet, senior Olivia Covey led the way, taking fourth place off the 1-meter board with 258.80 points, while freshman Paige McCleary was less than half a point back in fifth place.
The LSU Invitational, which includes competitors from Alabama, LSU and Auburn, concludes Saturday with both the men and the women competing off the platform.
